Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• At least 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Minimum age 21 years

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $0.45 to $0.65 per mile (loaded and empty, includes per diem). Safe drivers receive a raise after the first 30 days accident‑free, with pay increases reviewed bi‑annually. Additional compensation includes a weekly guarantee for working a full schedule, detention pay, runs nationwide, bonus opportunities, layover pay, and stop pay.
