- Weekly guarantee for working a full schedule (subject to no service failures and no preventable accidents)
- Eligibility for guaranteed gross weekly pay after 30 days of employment, provided the driver works a full schedule, has no service failures, and no preventable accidents
- Detention pay, layover pay, stop pay, and bonus opportunities
Schedule
- Long‑haul, nationwide runs
