Pay
- Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty (includes per diem)
- Safety raise after first 30 days if accident‑free and maintaining a high safety score
- Pay increases reviewed bi‑annually
- Weekly guarantee for working a full schedule
