Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• At least 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Minimum age 21 years

Pay

Starting pay rate ranges from $0.45 per mile to $0.65 per mile (loaded and empty, includes per diem). After 30 days accident‑free with a high safety score, drivers receive a raise. Pay increases are reviewed every six months. Additional earnings include detention pay, bonus opportunities, layover pay, stop pay, and a weekly guarantee for those who work a full schedule. All amounts are gross pay, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
