CDL-A Truck Driver

Pay

• Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty (includes per diem)
• Safety-based raises after first 30 days if accident-free with a high safety score
• Bi-annual pay reviews for additional increases through safe, consistent driving
• Weekly gross pay guarantee for working a full schedule, meeting eligibility requirements
• Detention pay, bonus opportunities, layover pay, and stop pay

Starting pay depends on verified safe driving experience. Guaranteed weekly pay requires 30 days of employment, no preventable accidents, no responsibility for service failures, and continued employment through the payment date. All amounts are gross pay, subject to tax withholding. Pay rates and terms are subject to change.
