About the role

At Market Express, drivers keep everything moving. You'll run the West, get paid every week, and have driver managers and dispatch support focused on keeping you moving. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• At least 9 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
• Good driving record

Pay

Start at $0.68 per mile, with the potential to earn up to $0.73 per mile in year 1.

• Monthly mileage bonus: +1¢ per mile at 9,000 miles/month, +2¢ at 10,000 miles/month, +3¢ at 11,000 miles/month.
• Fuel efficiency bonus: +1¢ per mile.
• Safety bonus: +1¢ per mile for no preventable accidents or compliance violations.
• After one year, bonuses increase by 30%; each subsequent year bonuses increase 10% (up to double the original bonus rate).
