CDL-A Truck Driver
About the role
At Market Express, drivers keep everything moving. We offer strong pay, quality equipment, consistent regional opportunities, and a supportive team. You'll run the West, get paid every week, and have driver managers and dispatch support focused on keeping you moving.
Pay
Start at $0.68 per mile, with potential to earn up to $0.73 per mile in year one. Monthly mileage bonuses: +1¢ per mile at 9,000 miles/month, +2¢ at 10,000 miles/month, +3¢ at 11,000 miles/month. Additional bonuses: fuel efficiency +1¢ per mile, safety +1¢ per mile for no preventable accidents or compliance violations. After one year, bonuses increase by 30%; each subsequent year increase 10% – up to double the original bonus rate.
Schedule
Drivers are home every 7‑10 days and receive weekly pay via direct deposit.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- At least 9 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
- Good driving record
