Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• At least 9 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
• Good driving record

Pay

• Starting rate: $0.68 per mile
• Potential to earn up to $0.73 per mile in year 1
• Monthly mileage bonus:
  • 9,000 miles/month → +1¢ per mile
  • 10,000 miles/month → +2¢ per mile
  • 11,000 miles/month → +3¢ per mile
• Fuel efficiency bonus: +1¢ per mile
• Safety bonus: +1¢ per mile for no preventable accidents or compliance violations
• After one year, bonus increases by 30%
• Each subsequent year, bonus increases 10% (up to double the original bonus rate)
