Pay & Bonuses

Start at $0.68 per mile and earn up to $0.73 per mile in year 1. Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit.

• Monthly mileage bonus:
  • 9,000 miles / month – add +1¢ per mile
  • 10,000 miles / month – add +2¢ per mile
  • 11,000 miles / month – add +3¢ per mile
• Fuel‑efficiency bonus – +1¢ per mile
• Safety bonus – +1¢ per mile for no preventable accidents or compliance violations
• Bonus increase after one year – +30%
• Each subsequent year – +10% (up to double the original bonus rate)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT medical card
• At least 9 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
• Good driving record
