You'll run the West and have driver managers and dispatch support focused on keeping you moving. Regional Drivers operate throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and Northern California. Market Express terminals are located in Portland, OR; Millersburg, OR; Pacific, WA, plus parking and drop yards throughout the network.
Pay
Start at $0.68 per mile, with the potential to earn up to $0.73 per mile in year one. The more you run, the more you can earn.
- Monthly Mileage Bonus: +1¢ per mile at 9,000 miles per month; +2¢ per mile at 10,000 miles per month; +3¢ per mile at 11,000 miles per month.
- Fuel efficiency bonus: +1¢ per mile.
- Safety bonus: +1¢ per mile for no preventable accidents or compliance violations.
- After one year, your bonus increases by 30%; each subsequent year, your bonus increases 10% – up to double your original bonus rate.
