Role Overview

Seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for dedicated regional routes with a focus on flatbed, RGN, and specialized freight such as construction equipment and building materials. Drivers will operate well-maintained trucks, including Kenworth and Peterbilt models, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Hauling dedicated freight with guaranteed weekly home time, including weekends
• Getting started with guaranteed transition pay for the first 6 weeks
• Maintaining safety and quality standards through on-the-job training in multi-axle, RGN, and open-deck hauling
• Building a steady career with pay increases based on experience
• Adhering to load and distance-based pay rates
• Participating in safety inspections and earning monthly safety bonuses
• Referring qualified drivers for referral bonuses

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must be 21 years or older
