About the role

Road Warrior OTR drivers take on the miles others can’t, run long miles, earn big payoffs, and enjoy real rest (up to 20 days) when home. You’ll drive reliable, modern equipment including Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers with APUs, fridges, inverters and more, and handle 100% no‑touch freight so you can focus on the road, not the load.

Responsibilities

• Run long miles and maintain safe, efficient operation of tractor‑trailer combinations
• Operate modern Freightliner Cascadia equipment with APUs, fridges, inverters, etc.
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight—worry only about the road
• Ensure timely delivery while maximizing home time between trips

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience

Pay

• Earn 82¢ per mile (CPM)
• Minimum guaranteed weekly pay: $1,886
• Top weeks can reach $2,350
• Annual earning potential around $110,000

Schedule

Road Warrior drivers receive substantial home time—10 to 20 straight days at home between trips, with no rushed 34‑hour resets or lost days. This schedule allows for real rest and recovery before heading back out on the road.
