CDL A Truck Driver
About the Role
K&B Transportation is a no-nonsense, no-bull trucking company run by grown-ups. We pay what we say and do everything we can to keep top drivers happy at home and on the road. The Road Warrior OTR position is for drivers who take on long miles others can't, earn big payoffs, and enjoy real rest (up to 20 days) when home. Drivers operate reliable, modern equipment including Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers and tractors equipped with APUs, fridges, inverters, and more. All freight is 100% no‑touch, so you focus on the road, not the load.
Responsibilities
- Run long miles and deliver freight safely.
- Operate modern equipment (Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers, tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters).
- Handle 100% no‑touch freight – worry only about the road.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL.
- Minimum 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Pay
Earn 82 cents per mile (CPM) with a guaranteed minimum of $1,886 per week. Top weeks can reach up to $2,350, and annual earnings can approach $110,000. All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.
Schedule
Enjoy serious home time – Road Warrior drivers receive 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips, with no rushed 34‑hour resets or lost days, allowing a real break before heading back out.
