About the role

The Road Warrior OTR position is for elite drivers who run long miles, earn big payoffs, and enjoy real rest (up to 20 days) when home. Drivers operate reliable, modern equipment including Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers with APUs, fridges, inverters, and haul 100% no‑touch freight, focusing solely on the road.
Responsibilities
- Run long miles and deliver freight on schedule
- Operate Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters
- Handle 100% no‑touch freight (no loading/unloading)
- Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company safety standards
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of recent OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience

Pay
Earn 82 cents per mile (CPM). Weekly minimum guaranteed pay: $1,886. Top weeks can reach up to $2,350. Approximate annual earnings: $110,000.
Schedule
Generous home time: 10 to 20 consecutive days off between trips. No rushed 34‑hour resets or lost 2‑day breaks – real rest to recharge before the next run.
