About the role

K&B Transportation is a no‑nonsense, no‑bull trucking company that pays what it says and strives to keep top drivers happy both at home and on the road. The Road Warrior OTR position is for experienced CDL‑A drivers who want to run long miles, earn high pay, and enjoy extended home time.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliable, modern equipment including Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers and tractors equipped with APUs, fridges, inverters, and more.
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight – focus on the road, not loading/unloading.
• Maintain safe operation and comply with company safety standards.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of recent OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Pay

• Earn 82 cents per mile (CPM).
• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,886.
• Top weeks can reach up to $2,350.
• Annual earning potential around $110,000.
• Note: Pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change at company discretion.

Schedule
