About the role

Road Warrior OTR position for experienced CDL‑A drivers. K&B Transportation is a no‑nonsense, no‑bull company run by grown‑ups that pays what it says and works to keep top drivers happy at home and on the road. You will run long miles, earn big payoffs, and enjoy extended home time (up to 20 days) between trips while operating reliable, modern equipment such as Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers with APUs, fridges, inverters and handling 100% no‑touch freight.

Responsibilities

• Run long‑haul OTR routes and maximize mileage.
• Operate and maintain modern Freightliner Cascadia equipment with APUs, fridges, inverters.
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight – no loading/unloading required.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery while focusing on the road.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of recent OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Pay

• Earn 82¢ per mile (CPM).
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay of $1,886.

Schedule

Enjoy substantial home time – Road Warrior drivers receive 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips, providing real rest and recovery.
