Road Warrior OTR drivers take on the miles others can’t, run long miles, earn big payoffs, and enjoy real rest (up to 20 days) when they’re home. You’ll drive reliable, modern equipment—Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers with tractors equipped with APUs, fridges, inverters, and more—and handle 100% no‑touch freight so you can focus on the road, not the load.

Responsibilities

• Run long miles and maximize earnings
• Operate modern Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers and tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight (drive only, no loading/unloading)
• Focus on the road; we take care of the load

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience

Pay

• Earn 82¢ per mile (CPM)
• Minimum $1,886 weekly guaranteed pay
• Annual earning potential around $110,000
• Top weeks can reach up to $2,350

Schedule

Road Warrior drivers receive a real break between trips—10 to 20 straight days at home. No rushed 34‑hour resets or disappearing 2‑day periods; you get ample time to recharge before heading back out.
