Responsibilities

• Run 100% no‑touch freight; focus on driving, not loading/unloading.
• Operate reliable, modern equipment (Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters, etc.).

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Pay

• Earn 82¢ per mile (CPM).
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay: $1,886.
• Top weeks can reach up to $2,350.

Schedule

• Serious home time – run hard then enjoy extended rest.
• Road Warrior drivers receive 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips.
• No rushed 34‑hour resets; real downtime to recharge.
