About the role

K&B Transportation is a no‑nonsense, no‑bull trucking company run by grown‑ups. The Road Warrior OTR position involves running long miles with reliable, modern equipment (Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters and more) and hauling 100% no‑touch freight so you can focus on the road.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliable, modern equipment (Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters and more)
• Operate 100% no‑touch freight – worry about the road, not the load

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience

Pay

• Earn 82¢ per mile (CPM)
• Minimum weekly guaranteed pay of $1,886
• Top weeks can reach $2,350
• Annual earning potential around $110,000

Schedule

• 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips
• Real rest up to 20 days when home
• No rushed 34‑hour resets or lost 2‑day breaks
