About the role
K&B Transportation is a no‑nonsense, no‑bull trucking company run by grown‑ups. The Road Warrior OTR position involves running long miles with 100% no‑touch freight, driving reliable modern equipment (Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters, etc.), and earning top pay while enjoying substantial home time.
Responsibilities
- Drive Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers and tractors equipped with APUs, fridges, inverters.
- Operate 100% no‑touch freight – focus on the road, not loading/unloading.
- Maintain safe, clean inspections and follow company safety policies.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL.
- Minimum 1 year of recent OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Pay
Earn 82¢ per mile (CPM) with a guaranteed minimum of $1,886 per week; top weeks can reach $2,350. Annual earnings potential is around $110,000. All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.
Schedule
Road Warrior drivers receive substantial home time – 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips, allowing for real rest and recovery.
