About the role

As a Road Warrior OTR driver you will run long miles, earn big payoffs, and enjoy real rest (up to 20 days) when you’re home. You’ll drive reliable, modern equipment — Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters and more — and handle 100% no‑touch freight, so you can focus on the road, not the load.

Responsibilities

• Operate Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers and tractors equipped with APUs, fridges, inverters, etc.
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight — worry only about the road, not the load.
• Maintain safe, clean inspections and follow company safety procedures.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience

Pay

• Earn 82 cents per mile (CPM)
• Minimum guaranteed weekly pay of $1,886
• Top weeks can reach up to $2,350
• Annual earning potential around $110,000

Schedule

Road Warrior drivers receive a real break between trips — 10 to 20 straight days at home, with no rushed 34‑hour resets or disappearing two‑day periods, allowing you to fully recharge before heading back out.
