About the role

Central Oregon Truck Company (COTC) is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed freight. Since 1992, COTC has focused exclusively on flatbed operations, earning top CSA scores and recognition as one of the Best Fleets to Drive For® for eleven consecutive years.

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with a 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives.
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks.
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one.
• Additional pay for specific tasks: $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay.
• $1,250 paid orientation.

Schedule

• Regional and OTR routes available, with home time every 2-3 weeks depending on location and route.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
