CDL A Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model Kenworth T680s with manual 10-speed transmissions
• Handle flatbed freight with tarp and dwell responsibilities
• Choose between regional and OTR routes (home every 2-3 weeks)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years Regional or OTR experience

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year
• 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one
• $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay
• $1,250 paid orientation
• No-fee per diem program to maximize take-home pay
