Pay & Compensation

Top-tier pay with real guarantees. Top drivers earn up to $127,000/year - 60CPM base pay, up to 4CPM in performance incentives, and a $1,350 weekly minimum for qualifying weeks.

• Loyalty pay that starts immediately, earning up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay, accruing from day one
• Pay for every part of the job: $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay
• Paid orientation: earn $1,250 during orientation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience required
