Pay

• Drivers make $88,000 to $97,000 annually; top drivers earn $100,000+
• Up to a $7,500 CDL-A Driver sign-on bonus
• Pay structure: hourly, miles, stops, and cases
• Local/regional routes with early evening dispatch and overnight deliveries

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to customers, representing trusted brands and keeping businesses stocked
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, adhering to commercial driving regulations and maneuvering on roads and customer premises
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively
