As a McLane CDL-A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver products to customers, represent some of America's most trusted brands, and play an essential role in keeping businesses moving. Local and regional routes with early evening dispatch and overnight deliveries.
Pay
- Drivers earn $88,000 to $97,000 annually; top drivers earn $100,000+
- Up to a $7,500 CDL-A Driver sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Safely deliver products to restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores
- Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report
- Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery
- Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations
- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions
- Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely
