We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about All Surfaces Together, We are More. All Surfaces is one of the nation’s leading distributors for flooring and sundries. We are a house of brands, comprised of Walcro, Cartwright Distributing, Tri-State Flooring, Blakely Products, All Tile – CCS, and Abraham Linc. With 45+ locations spread across 23 states. Our commitment to our Core Values—People First, Do Right, Go Beyond, Always Improve, & Let’s Go!—drives our success in partnership with our customers and suppliers. That's about the company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for description of role. But we have "Position Summary" after that. So we could put company description under "About the role"? Usually "About the role" includes position summary. We'll include that as prose. Then "Position Summary We are immediately seeking a qualified Class A CDL Truck Driver who is highly detailed and enjoys the satisfaction of getting the job done right and on time. An ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable team player with experience doing route deliveries in a semi-truck. Branch: All Tile - CCS in Indianapolis, IN Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, can start as early as 5:00am depending on routes and coverage Local Routes, No Overnights ELIGIBLE FOR A $3K HIRING BONUS: Paid out incrementally at 60, 90, 180 business days**" We need to separate sections: maybe "About the role" includes position summary and branch, schedule, hiring bonus? But schedule and bonus could go under Schedule and Benefits sections. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have: - Responsibilities: list of duties (Loading and unloading..., Verify loads..., Deliver..., Perform..., Provide..., Obey..., Maintain..., Report..., Communicate..., Carry out...). That's a list. - Qualifications: includes Education & Experience and Other Qualifications. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: could include company description and position summary. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: maybe education & experience? Or "Qualifications" could be other qualifications? But we have both Education & Experience and Other Qualifications. We could put Education & Experience under Requirements, and Other Qualifications under Qualifications. Or combine. - Skills: maybe list of skills like forklift experience, flooring industry, ability to work with details, ERP, etc. Those are skills. - Benefits: hiring bonus $3K. - Pay: not specified (no pay amount). So we should NOT create Pay section because no specific pay. - Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, can start as early as 5:00am depending on routes and coverage Local Routes, No Overnights. That's schedule. Thus we will produce sections:

About the role

with prose: company description + position summary + branch location.

Responsibilities

with
  • ...

Requirements

with prose: Education & Experience (High School Diploma or equivalent, Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, OTR Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT, Minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL.)

Qualifications

with prose: Other Qualifications (Must have CDL Class A and pass DOT-required physical and drug tests, Able to pass additional pre-employment screening, Experience driving a forklift is a plus, Experience in flooring industry is a plus, Ability to work with details such as vendor item numbers, vendor catalogs, customer lists, phone systems, and ERP software, Ability to learn core computer competencies with general operating systems for orders and related functions, Legally permitted to work in the United States.)

Skills

maybe list: Forklift experience (plus), Flooring industry experience (plus), Ability to work with vendor item numbers, catalogs, customer lists, phone systems, ERP software, Ability to learn core computer competencies, etc. But many of those are already in Qualifications. Might be redundant. Could combine skills into Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can put those skill-like items under Qualifications and not create a separate Skills section if it's thin. However we have enough content for Skills? Let's see: The posting includes "Experience driving a forklift is a plus. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus. Ability to work with details such as vendor item numbers, vendor catalogs, customer lists, phone systems, and ERP software. Ability to learn core computer competencies with general operating systems for orders and related functions." Those could be considered skills. We could put them under Skills as a list. But we already have Qualifications for other items (CDL, physical, screening, legal work). So we can split. Thus: - Requirements: Education & Experience (minimum qualifications) - Qualifications: Licensing, legal, screenings (must have CDL, pass physical, pass screening, legally permitted) - Skills: Forklift experience, flooring industry experience, ability to work with details, ERP, computer competencies. But we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract precisely. Original text: "Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent degree.Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, Over the Road (OTR) Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT.Minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL. Other Qualifications Must have a CDL (Class A) and pass DOT-required physical and related drug tests.Able to pass additional pre-employment screening required by the company.Experience driving a forklift is a plus.Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.Ability to work with details such as vendor item numbers, vendor catalogs, customer lists, phone systems, and ERP software.Ability to learn core computer competencies with general operating systems for orders and related functions.Legally permitted to work in the United States." Thus we can split: Education & Experience (Requirements): - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, OTR Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT. - Minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL. Other Qualifications (Qualifications): - Must have a CDL (Class A) and pass DOT-required physical and related drug tests. - Able to pass additional pre-employment screening required by the company. - Legally permitted to work in the United States. Skills (maybe): - Experience driving a forklift is a plus. - Experience in the flooring industry is a plus. - Ability to work with details such as vendor item numbers, vendor catalogs, customer lists, phone systems, and ERP software. - Ability to learn core computer competencies with general operating systems for orders and related functions. But note "Experience driving a forklift is a plus." and "Experience in the flooring industry is a plus." are pluses, not required. Could be under Skills. Now Benefits: "ELIGIBLE FOR A $3K HIRING BONUS: Paid out incrementally at 60, 90, 180 business days**" Thus Benefits section with that info. Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, can start as early as 5:00am depending on routes and coverage Local Routes, No Overnights" Thus Schedule section. Now About the role: includes company description and Position Summary and Branch. Company description: "All Surfaces Together, We are More. Our commitment to our Core Values—People First, Do Right, Go Beyond, Always Improve, & Let’s Go!—drives our success in partnership with our customers and suppliers." Position Summary: "We are immediately seeking a qualified Class A CDL Truck Driver who is highly detailed and enjoys the satisfaction of getting the job done right and on time. An ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable team player with experience doing route deliveries in a semi-truck." Branch: "Branch: All Tile - CCS in Indianapolis, IN" We could combine these into prose. Now we must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. Now produce HTML fragment:
