Pay & compensation

• OTR drivers earn 82¢ per mile (CPM)
• Up to $2,350 per week; top earners up to $110,000 per year
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,886
• Drop pay, detention pay, and layover pay
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.

Equipment & freight

• Freightliner Cascadia tractors with APUs, refrigerators, inverters, and more
• Refrigerated trailers
• 100% no-touch freight — drivers drive, no loading/unloading

Home time & schedule

Flexible options: Regional, OTR, and Home Weekly jobs available. Run as long as you like, or get home weekly in some areas. Options vary based on location and experience — ask a recruiter for details.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience
