Responsibilities

• Drive reliable, modern equipment including Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers and tractors equipped with APUs, fridges, inverters, and more.
• Operate 100% no-touch freight – focus on the road, not loading/unloading.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Pay

• OTR drivers earn 82¢ per mile (CPM).
• Earn up to $2,350 per week for top weeks.
• Potential annual earnings up to $110,000.
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,886.

Schedule

• Flexible options: Regional, OTR, and home‑weekly positions.
• Home time varies by location and experience – you can run as long as you like or get home weekly in some areas (ask recruiter for details).
