Pay

• OTR drivers earn 82¢ per mile (CPM)
• Up to $2,350 per week for top weeks
• Up to $110,000 per year
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,886
• Drop pay, detention pay, and layover pay
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.

Schedule & home time

• Regional, OTR, and home‑weekly options available
• Run as long as you like, or get home weekly in some areas
• Options vary based on location and experience — ask recruiter for details

Equipment

• Freightliner Cascadia tractors with refrigerated trailers
• Tractors equipped with APUs, refrigerators, inverters, and more

Freight type

100% no‑touch freight — drivers drive, no loading or unloading required.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience
