Pay

• OTR drivers earn 82 CPM
• Up to $2,350 per week / up to $110,000 per year for top drivers
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,886
• Drop pay, detention pay, and layover pay
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses

Equipment

• Freightliner Cascadia tractors
• Refrigerated trailers
• APUs, fridges, inverters, and more

Freight

100% no-touch freight — you drive, we handle the loading and unloading.

Home time options

Flexible options including Regional, OTR, and Home Weekly jobs. Run as long as you like, or get home weekly in some areas. Options vary based on location and experience — ask a recruiter for details.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience
