Top pay for top drivers: earn up to $100,000 per year, including 80CPM (75CPM base plus up to 5CPM in bonuses) and $2,200 for top weeks. Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,725. If you're giving us time, you're getting paid.
Drive reliable, modern equipment: Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters, and more. Run 100% no-touch freight.
Home time options to fit your lifestyle: run as long as you like, or get home weekly in some areas. Options vary based on location and experience.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Road Warrior OTR 80CPM pay is comprised of a 75CPM base pay and 5CPM in temporary bonuses applicable for the first 6 months of employment.
