Pay & Incentives
- Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year
- 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
- $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
- Loyalty pay that starts immediately—earn up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one
- $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay
- $1,250 paid orientation
Home Time & Schedule
- Get home every two weeks, totaling five days per month

Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
