Pay & incentives

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year
• 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately—earn up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one
• $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay
• $1,250 paid orientation

Home time

Get home every two weeks, totaling five days per month.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
