Compensation & Incentives

• Top-tier pay: Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
• Minimum pay guarantee: $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
• Loyalty pay: Earn up to 5.5 CPM in loyalty pay, accruing from day one—rewarding consistency and commitment, not just miles
• Extra pay for the work you do: $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay
• Paid orientation: $1,250 paid orientation

Home Time & Schedule

• Get home every two weeks, totaling five days per month

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
