Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed freight hauling equipment professionally and safely
• Deliver OTR freight while maintaining COTC's safety and performance standards
• Secure loads with tarping as required (tarp pay provided)
• Maintain consistent schedule with home time every two weeks (five days per month)

Pay

• Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year
• 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
• $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
• Loyalty pay up to 5.5 CPM, accruing from day one
• $75 tarp pay for load securement
• $100 dwell pay for wait time
• $1,250 paid orientation

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
