CDL A Truck Driver (1099) - Up to $150K take-home

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR dry van or refrigerated equipment
• Deliver freight safely and reliably across the country
• Participate in the ESOP ownership program

Revenue & Earnings

• Earn up to $150,000 in take-home pay
• 75% of line haul revenue with top lease take-home pay ranging from $130,000–$150,000 per year
• 50 CPM on deadhead miles

Equipment

• Run 2023 or newer Kenworth models
• Modern, reliable equipment for long-haul performance

Lease Program

• No money down and no credit check required
• First two truck payments delayed
• Weekly truck payments range from $625–$775 based on truck year
• No interest or mileage penalties
• Option to purchase at fair market value or start a new lease at term's end

Schedule

• Home time every 2–3 weeks with planned resets

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record
