Role: Lease Purchase Truck Driver responsible for operating modern trucks, primarily hauling no-touch dry van freight with minimal dock time. Responsibilities Safely operate Freightliner and International trucks, maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Complete weekly routes with predictable resets, ensuring timely deliveries. Manage truck payments and maintenance, utilizing a full-service maintenance program. Maintain communication and build long-term relationships with the company. Qualifications & Skills Valid Class A CDL. Minimum 22 years old. At least 6 months recent driving experience. Clean safety record with no recent substance abuse issues. Ability to handle mileage pay, fuel surcharge, and accessorial earnings. Strong communication and responsibility skills. Key Duties Operate equipment efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance.
