About the role

This position involves contracting as a CDL-A Truck Driver with a focus on driving no-touch dry van freight, primarily utilizing drop & hook loads for efficiency. The role emphasizes steady income, reliable home time, and a driver-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate modern, late-model trucks with comfort and reliability.
• Drive routes that include 100% no-touch freight with 60% drop & hook to minimize dock time.
• Maintain safety and on-time performance to maximize earnings and bonuses.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training as required.
• Manage weekly payments, expenses, and revenue for profitable operations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum 22 years old.
• At least 6 months of recent driving experience within the last 24 months.
• No recent substance abuse violations.
• Strong communication, reliability, and safety focus.
