Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ years OTR experience in the last 3 years
• 6+ months Flatbed experience in the last 10 years

Pay

• Earn up to $3,500 per week*
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus*
• Earn up to 76% of linehaul* (plus 100% of fuel surcharge)
• Base pay range: 68%–76% of linehaul

Schedule

• Home every weekend (weekend resets)
• Run consistent freight in Blair’s core traffic lanes across the Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, and Texas
