Pay

• Earn up to $3,500 per week*
• Up to 76% of linehaul pay* (based on equipment operated: tractor-only, multiple tractors, or tractor and trailer)
• 100% of fuel surcharge
• $5,000 sign-on bonus*
• Base pay range: 68%-76% of linehaul (varies by job type, location, experience, and performance)

Lease Purchase Program

• Affordable weekly truck payments: $500-$600 per week
• Clear path to ownership in 2-4 years with a manageable balloon payment

• 100% trailer maintenance covered when pulling a Blair trailer

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ years OTR experience in the last 3 years
• 6+ months Flatbed experience in the last 10 years
