This is a full-time, high-earning position for a driver who takes pride in doing the job right, communicates like a pro, and isn't afraid of a challenge. You'll be behind the wheel of Heavy-Duty Wreckers, Rollbacks, Recovery Vehicles, and Tractor Trailer combinations, working alongside a tight-knit Dispatch team that has your back every mile of the way. Top earners make $100,000+ per year.
Responsibilities
- Execute lowbed and heavy equipment transport moves safely and on schedule
- Operate Tractor Trailers Combinations (GVWR > 26,000 lbs)
- Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections — every time, no exceptions
- Keep driver logs, trip sheets, and Tow Book documentation accurate and on time
- Navigate routes using maps and GPS; communicate proactively with Dispatch
- Handle customer interactions professionally and calmly in the field
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and traffic laws
- Keep your truck clean, maintained, and road-ready
- Report mechanical issues immediately — no tough-it-out cowboys here
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A — no restrictions on automatic transmission
- Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience
- 2+ years of commercial driving experience
- Active DOT Medical Card and clean driving record
- Availability for rotating on-call weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in a fast-paced dispatch-driven environment

- Proven experience in lowbed and heavy equipment transport
- Ability to operate Tractor Trailers Combinations (GVWR > 26,000 lbs)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
