CDL A Team Truck Drivers average $140k to $160k per driver

About the role

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Team Drivers at our Stratford, MO Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn‑point locations.

Responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and/or turn‑point locations.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years
• Age 23 (or 21 if you have successfully met FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL)
• Ability to operate equipment safely at all times
• Ability to pass pre‑employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Ability to complete a successful road test
• Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Dependability
• Preferred: Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz‑mat CDL endorsements
• Experience hauling Haz‑mat
• Experience pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience

Pay

$120,000 – $130,000 yearly (per driver)

Schedule

On the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.
