About the role

TransForce is seeking CDL A Team Drivers to support operations based in the Maryville, TN area. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Route Type

• OTR – Out for 4 days (Wednesday 4 PM to Sunday 9 AM)

Pay

• $1,600 per week
• Sign-on bonus: $2,500

Requirements

• CDL A license
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Clean motor vehicle record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment on regional routes
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
