CDL A Shuttle Truck Driver

About the role

Responsible for the storage and movement of materials and finished goods including: • Hooking and unhooking of equipment • Practicing Safe Work Methods • adhering to DOT requirements • Completing pre trip inspections • Other duties as assigned.

Success Profile

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age.
• Pass employment testing.
• Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards. Doubles/Triples Endorsement preferred.

Physical Demands

Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds occasionally.
