About the role
Our Shuttle Drivers play a crucial part in moving, supplying, and providing for America's favorite brands. They ensure reliability and dedication to safety, contributing to our 130+ years of success as an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
- Ensure product is securely transported inside the trailer to avoid damage.
- Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations.
- Perform line haul and/or backhaul duties as needed.
- Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to products.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience
- Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely

Benefits
- Pay Rate: $75,000 to $80,000 annually
- Day shift, 10:00am start, 2 shuttle runs per day
