CDL-A Shuttle Driver

About the role

Our Shuttle Drivers play a crucial part in moving, supplying, and providing for America's favorite brands. They ensure that product is securely transported and adhere to DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Ensure product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations.
• May perform line haul and/or backhaul as needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
