CDL A Shuttle Driver

About the role

Our Shuttle Drivers play a crucial part in moving, supplying, and providing for America's favorite brands. They ensure product security and trailer integrity, while adhering to DOT regulations and maintaining safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the rig for defects before and after each trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Secure product inside the trailer to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations.
• Perform line hauls and backhauls as needed.
• Work safely to prevent injuries to people and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Pay

Pay Rate: $68,000 - $74,000 gross per year.

Schedule

Dispatch time between 7am - 9am. Day 1 Benefits.
