CDL A Regional Drivers - Home Weekly - $1,500+/wk + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Regional/OTR Reefer Drivers to join a growing operation in Janesville, Wisconsin. This direct-hire opportunity offers consistent refrigerated freight, modern automatic equipment, and competitive pay.

About the role

• Regional/OTR route with refrigerated food freight (primarily cheese)
• No-touch freight—no loading or unloading required
• 2019 or newer Kenworth T680 automatic tractors with 53' reefer trailers and Samsara ELD systems
• Typical schedules: Saturday–Wednesday or Sunday–Thursday, with dispatch information provided at least 24 hours prior to trip start

Pay

• $0.65 per mile, averaging 2,000–2,500 miles per week (more if desired)
• Stop pay and detention pay
• Monthly fuel efficiency bonus
• Opportunity to earn additional income through local pickups when Hours of Service (HOS) allow
• $5,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 30 days, $2,000 after 6 months, $2,000 after 12 months

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer transporting refrigerated freight
• Deliver freight throughout assigned OTR routes
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs using Samsara
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and schedules
• Operate equipment safely while following all DOT and company policies

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL A driving experience (insurance requirement)
• No at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No more than one moving violation within the past 12 months
• No SAP history
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
