CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to 60.5 CPM

About the Role

CDL-A drivers for regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. True regional lanes — not coast-to-coast — with terminals throughout the operating area.

Pay

• Starting at 55 CPM + up to 5.5¢/mile bonus (60.5 CPM total)
• $500 transition bonus
• $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days
• Layover pay: $150 per 24-hour period
• Detention pay: $25/hour after 2 hours
• Extra stop pay: $25 per stop
• Paid orientation: $150
